Unless otherwise indicated, the price of all products listed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order which is confirmed and not subject of further requirements according to the applicable law.

All delivery costs and other costs will be clearly communicated prior to ordering.

4. Orders

By ordering on our site, you are requesting to buy the products you have chosen.

You will be called, emailed or reached by other means of communication to confirm the order information you provided: Name, Address, Phone, Email and Ordered Products.

In the following situations we reserve the right to refuse or cancel a purchase:

  • Product availability issues
  • Filling in incorrect or incomplete customer information
  •  Pricing or product details that is wrong
  • Any suspected fraudulent or unauthorized use.
  • Unable to reach customer to verify order
  • Restrictions due to delivery or for other justifiable operational reasons

In the event of an order being cancelled, we will notify the customer of the cancellation.

5. Cash on Delivery

Currently, the payment method accepted by Voltrix Home is Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers will be charged the relevant order amount from the delivery representative at delivery.

It’s important that the customer’s delivery address and phone number are correct and easy to reach on the day of delivery.

6. Order Processing

Orders placed are usually confirmed and processed within 0–1 business day after the order is placed.

Processing time can sometimes be delayed because of the verification of orders, product availability, public holidays or events beyond our control.

7. Delivery

We currently provide delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Usually delivered within 1-3 business days after the order has been placed.

The delivery time is a guideline and can be influenced by:

  • Deliveries to incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic or transportation delays
  • Any delays that occur due to courier or logistics reasons
  • The above applies to things that are not in our rational control.

Every effort will be made to make deliveries within the stated time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

When ordering, Customers must ensure that they do supply all accurate information, such as:

  • Full name
  • A valid UAE phone number.
  • Complete delivery address
  • Where applicable, details of buildings or offices
  • Additional Information required for successful delivery (Any other information necessary for successful delivery).

Customer has to be available to receive and pay for their Cash on Delivery order.

9. Product Use

It is the responsibility of the customer to read and adhere to the product instructions, warnings, precautions and usage information given with every product purchased.

Pest-control products should be applied only in accordance with the manufacturer’s directions, and the appropriate safety statements.

Voltrix Home products are not intended for use that is contrary to the directions.

10. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We have a Return & Refund Policy in place for returns, refunds and exchange.

Please check the Return & Refund Policy before ordering.

When a return / refund is allowed in accordance with our policy, customers may need to submit order / product details to facilitate the refund request.
