Returns

Upon delivery, you can return it if it is Damaged, defective or non-defective.

Products should be unused and in the original packaging if applicable.

Return Request

  • Reach out to our Customer Support Personnel within 3 days from delivery.

  • We will supply with a prepaid shipping label and arrange to pick up via our courier.
  • Put the product safely in the original packaging and deliver it at the agreed pickup time to the courier.

Refunds

  • After receiving and checking the returned product, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
  • These may include any applicable delivery charges.
  • The bank account of the customers will be credited with the refunds.

Exchanges

Damaged, defective or incorrect products can be exchanged if they are eligible, provided product is available at the time of exchange.
